Refund policy

Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an item has been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

Simply Malyn Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Each product is handmade in small batches. Natural variations in color, texture, and design are part of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects.
